Imagineer and Nintendo have announced that they are bringing Fitness Boxing to Nintendo Switch.
The game is a follow-up to the popular Shape Boxing series on Wii, which sold over 800,000 copies worldwide. Fit Boxing Japan aimed to find a way to help people experience boxing training safely and efficiently and created software for Switch that allows people to do so from the comfort of their own homes.
Imagineer will distribute the game in Japan under the name Fit Boxing, while Nintendo will handle distribution in other regions. The Joy-Cons will be used to simulate boxing exercises and the game will support 1-2 players.
Fitness Boxing will launch on Switch this winter.
