Fire Emblem Warriors is the latest collaboration between Nintendo, Koei Tecmo, and Omega Force, providing fans with the blisteringly fast and robust combat of the Dynasty Warriors games with the strategy elements and characters of Fire Emblem. The game has a Season Pass that offers a variety of DLC packs, including the upcoming Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon pack. We’ve gotten our first look at the content it will provide, which you can check out below:
There are other changes coming, as well. For one thing, some characters will be getting different Limit Break character models. There are also tweaks coming in the form of new weapons attributes. Here’s a breakdown:
- Attack Defense Reversal: Stats between your STR and DEF, as well as MAG and RES, will be reversed.
- Opposite Sex Advantage: When characters of the opposite gender are hit, there will be more damage/less damage for the same gender.
- Same Sex Advantage: When characters of the same gender are hit, there will be more damage/less damage for the opposite gender.
Finally, here’s a list of new weapons to look forward to:
- Caeda — Wing Spear
- Tiki — Divinestone
- Navarre — Wo Dao
- Minerva — Hauteclere
- Linde — Aura
- Anna — Anna’s Bow
The Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon DLC pack will be available this week on Valentine’s Day, February 14, at 4PM PST. It will be sold for $8.99, but if you buy the Season Pass for $19.99, you get access to all three DLC packs for a cheaper price, so keep that in mind if you’d like to save some cash long term.
