Nintendo of Japan is hosting a recruitment drive for new graduates to start in 2020 and, as a result, has released stats on the average employee in the hope to incentivize new talent to start their careers at Nintendo.
Apparently, Nintendo of Japan is home to 2271 employees. Its average employee is 38.6 years old, their average length of employment is 13.5 years, their average work day is 7 hours and 45 minutes long, and their average salary is USD $80,000.
Not sure if new info but noticed this after the update on the Nintendo (NCL) recruitment page. Stats for Japan only-

Perhaps the most impressive stat is the average length of employment, which would suggest that Nintendo employees are happy working for the company. This is of course speculation though, as the only real way to know what it’s like to work for Nintendo of Japan is to, well, work there yourself!
