Launching under the… intriguing name EGGCONSOLE Ys PC-8801mkIISR, which pays respects to the original PC-8801 version of the game, which was meant to be an accessible RPG for players of all skill types.

Players take on the role of Adol Christin, a red-haired adventurer, as he embarks on a journey to seek the six Books of Ys.
