Nintendo has made it loud and clear that Super Smash Bros. on Switch is going to be their marquee offering at this year’s E3. The show will be happening from June 12 through 14 at the Los Angeles Convention Center and is expected to be quite the draw amongst attendees. So much of a draw that Nintendo is apparently taking preemptive measures to ensure that as many folks as possible get to play the game with minimal chaos.
Starting June 5, fans attending E3 2018 will be able to register for an appointment to play Super Smash Bros. It’s one ticket per attendee and only those who have registered for E3 by May 31 will be eligible for a ticket. You can check out Nintendo’s official page dedicated to questions about registration, but keep in mind that the ticket is free and that the invite will be coming fromĀ e3expo@e3expo.com, so set your email accordingly in order to be sure your invite won’t end up in your Spam folder!
Don’t forget, E3 is open to the public now, so anyone who can get in has a shot to register!
