COWCAT Games is bringing their quirky point-and-click adventure game, Demetrios: The Big Cynical Adventure, to Nintendo Switch.
Inspired by games like Broken Sword: The Shadow of the Templars, the game is told in a visual novel style, with a hand-painted art style displaying in full HD. It follows Bjorn Thonen, an antiques dealer living in Paris, who gets robbed after coming home drunk one evening. With the aid of his neighbor Sandra, the pair investigate the robbery and wind up involved in strange and mysterious events.
The Switch version of the game supports both the Joy-Cons and Pro Controller, as well as touch controls in handheld mode. The developer has also announced that there will be 37 in-game achievements to unlock.
If you are interested, the game is available to pre-order now in the Switch eShop, and you can also try out a demo of it while you are there.
