Following the conclusion of the Capcom Pro Tour season final, Capcom unveiled a new fighting game compilation. Dubbed Capcom Fighting Collection (pretty straightforward, eh?), the game brings ten distinct fighters together in a single package. You can watch the debut trailer right here:
Here’s the list of all ten games included in the collection:
- Darkstalkers
- Night Warriors
- Vampire Savior
- Vampire Hunter 2
- Vampire Savior 2
- Red Earth / War-Zard
- Cyberbots
- Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo
- Hyper Street Fighter II
- Super Gem Fighter MiniMix
Of the games on this list, Red Earth has never received a home console port. The game shares the same CPS-3 arcade hardware that powered Street Fighter III back in the day. Red Earth will definitely be worth a look for those who have heard of the game but never had a chance to play it.
All of these games will have rollback netcode (a way of handling latency during online matches so that the gameplay feels as smooth and delay-free as possible) and online multiplayer. There’s also a museum mode stuffed with art and over 400 music tracks to listen to, as well as achievements and more.
Capcom Fighting Collection launches on June 24.
