Looks like Nintendo’s Zelda-only gamble for E3 paid off. According to Twitter, tweets about The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild far outstripped any other game at the show. As seen in the ranked list below, Breath of the Wild’s 570,000 tweets are over double of Battlefield 1, which took second place.
Note that no other Nintendo-related games are featured on the list. Was Zelda’s success because of how much stream coverage it had, or the nearly unanimous positive reception?
