The latest monthly update from Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night’s development team revealed that it’s been rated by the ESRB.
Bloodstained received a T rating from the ESRB for “Blood, Partial Nudity, Violence.” Players will apparently encounter scenes such as a character emerging from a bathtub of blood, an impaled corpse and a “topless female boss creature”.
The update also provided more info on the game’s Shard crafting system. Players can create a new Directional Shard named Riga Dohin using the Riga Storaema Conjure Shard. You won’t lose the original Shard used to create a new Shard, but you will need to use an item to create an enhanced version of it, as is the case with Rubies.
Now that the game has been rated, hopefully this means that a release date isn’t too far off!
Will you be picking up Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night when it releases this year?
