After thrilling 3DS and Wii U owners with a terrific pair of Gunman Clive titles, developer Bertil Hörberg has teased a first look at his latest project. Unsurprisingly, Nintendo Switch will be the game’s “primary platform!”
Gunman Clive featured a number of gigantic foes, and it would appear that Hörberg’s latest will feature similar opponents, as well. It’s unknown at this time if this title will represent a continuation of that particular series, but it’s certainly not out of the question. While the graphics appear significantly different from that series, Hörberg said in a 2015 interview with Nintendojo that a third entry in the series would have to “do something a bit different.” This would certainly qualify, and, given the fact that the Clive titles incorporated lots of science fiction elements, a gigantic robot wouldn’t be all that surprising to see.
At the moment, we have no further information about the game, but given the strength of both Gunman Clive titles, we’re certainly excited to say the least! Stay tuned to Nintendojo for more information as it develops!
