Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp has received a number of updates since its release last October, and the latest introduces a brand new location complete with its own minigame — the Happy Homeroom.
By visiting the Happy Homeroom, players can take part in a interior design minigame taught by Lottie, who fans may remember from Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer on Nintendo 3DS. Using a special daily voucher, the aim of the minigame is to improve decorations in rooms, which will then be scored by Lottie and a panel of judges. You will have to design the room in accordance with a chosen theme and will be able to rank up with the Happy Home Academy if successful. You’ll also have the opportunity to build rare golden furniture for your collection.
The Happy Homeroom is aimed at those who have already played a fair amount of the game, as it requires you to design rooms using furniture from your own inventory. As such, new players may find that they don’t have the relevant furniture to fit the given theme. Still, it’s a welcome addition for those who are looking for a new activity to participate in.
