A listing in the North American Switch eShop reveals that Aegis Defenders, the 16-bit tactical platformer, is coming to the console.
The game, being published on Switch by Humble Bundle, sees players take on the role of a pair of Ruinhunters searching for a legendary weapon known as Aegis in order to save their village from a ruthless empire.
Aegis Defenders was originally partly funded through a Kickstarter campaign back in 2014, where it raised $145,815. The game will also be available on Playstation 4, PC and Mac at launch.
According to an update on the game’s Kickstarter page, Aegis Defenders is now finished, so you can expect that the developer will announce an official release date soon.
