Splatoon 2 has made a habit out of introducing new weapons to the game via free updates, and the latest update that went live over the weekend is no exception. Player-favorite, mid/long range weapon .96 Gal Deco has made its return from the original Splatoon, along with the Arowana Mall map.
While not the most accurate of weapons and quite the ammo hog, the .96 Gal Deco is a heavy hitter, capable of taking out opponents in a couple of shots. It comes with a Splash Wall sub and a Splashdown special.
The Arowana Mall is a long map with a central hub that all players must pass through if they want to make their way to the opponent’s starting place. There are two alleyways on either side of the map, and one side path on each end of the map.
Did you enjoy using the .96 Gal Deco or playing on the Arowana Mall map in the original Splatoon? Do you feel like they hold up in Splatoon 2? Let us know in the comments.
