At The Game Awards 2015, the year’s biggest titles will be on display. The show’s producer, Geoff Keighley, has provided some teases about what fans should expect to see, and it appears that Nintendo fans will want to tune in for the show this Thursday.

According to Keighley, Nintendo will apparently have some new things to show off. While he didn’t elaborate any further, it has been hinted that there will be a tribute to Satoru Iwata at the show. Some new footage of The Legend of Zelda on Wii U (or another title) seems likely, but there’s always a slim chance that Nintendo could use this platform to officially debut their latest console.

Nintendo has stated in the past that any such announcement won’t come until at least 2016, but a new rumor suggests that NX console production will start in Q1 2016. If that is true, it seems likely that Nintendo would have to officially announce the system soon. The Game Awards would be a very large outlet for Nintendo to do just that.

Until the show airs, it’s all conjecture. Luckily, fans won’t have to wait long to find out what Nintendo has up their sleeves. The Game Awards 2015 will air Thursday December 3 at 6 PM PT.

I didn’t see anything except the tribute to Iwata. Guess I’ll have to search to see if anything was mentioned. Really all most people want is NX info, and rightly so.
