Following Wednesday’s announcements of information about the latest Zelda games, it’s time once more to fix our eyes on a Nintendo Direct broadcast. This time, the emphasis will be on Platinum Games’ Wii U exclusive, The Wonderful 101. This game, which could only be described as a very Japanese foray into isometric superhero-dom in which players form giant structures by assembling 101 heroes, comes from the creators of Viewtiful Joe and should be of interest to anyone who enjoys quirky gameplay, colourful graphics or supporting Nintendo gaming. Look out for more information tomorrow.
The Wonderful 101 releases August 23 in Europe, and September 15 in North America.
