If you’re wondering what to buy your family and friends this Christmas, Nintendo might just have your back with its freshly announced slate of Black Friday deals. The sale, which kicks off the day after Thanksgiving, or Friday, November 23, 2025, will be featuring a number of notable software releases, which you can browse, below:
- Princess Peach: Showtime! ($39.99)
- The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom ($39.99)
- Donkey Kong Country Returns HD ($39.99)
- Luigi’s Mansion 3 ($39.99)
- Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe ($39.99)
- Super Mario Odyssey, Nintendo Switch Sports ($29.99)
- Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door ($29.99)
- Splatoon 3 ($29.99)
These are for the physical copies of the games, as well, and these prices will be the same in brick-and-mortar stores, not just the eShop, so go give a local retailer some love, if you can. Plus, if you visit Nintendo San Francisco and Nintendo New York stores starting mid-November and enjoy festive décor, gift-with-purchase offers (it’s not clear what that will be), and an all-new, exclusive Winter Collection. This new line of merchandise includes wintery attire, accessories, and more.
If that isn’t enough to entice you, if you’ve been on the hunt for a Samsung MicroSD Express Card, you can save $20 apiece starting November 30, 2025 at Nintendo San Francisco and New York, as well as select retailers. This is a decent discount considering how pricey the things can be.
Finally, there will be some other in-person shenanigans to look forward to:
- 11.15.25 – 12.13.25: Participating Best Buy locations will host demos of Mario Kart World, Donkey Kong Bananza, and more.
- 12.06.25: Local GameStop locations will host demos of Mario Kart World, Donkey Kong Bananza, Kirby Air Riders, Metroid Prime 4 Beyond, and more.
- The GameTruck + Walmart Holiday Tour brings Mario Kart World with GameTruck at select Walmart locations on weekends starting 11.15.25 – 12.13.25 from 10 AM – 5 PM local time. For a list of participating stores and event dates, visit the official Walmart site.
