Hot on the heels of German gamers getting their hands on some shiny Pokémon, it seems that it’s now the UK’s turn! From April 3 until April 19, the Queen and other players of Pokémon X, Y, Omega Ruby, and Alpha Sapphire will be able to claim their very own Shiny Charizard without need of a specially modified console.
Instead, they’ll be able to stroll into their local branch of GAME to pick up a code. The 320 stores across the UK are also hosting Pokémon-themed areas and there will be an additional access code available in some stores which will give the holder access to a Pokémon Trading Card Game “collector’s album.”
