Pokémon X and Y will be launching around the world on October 12, but that’s not the only thing Pokémaniacs the world over have to look forward to this autumn; during the 2013 Pokémon World Championships this past weekend, Nintendo announced via Twitter that the games’ soundtrack will also be released around the world this November.
While Nintendo has yet to specify how many tracks will be included or how much the soundtrack will cost, the company has announced that fans will be able to purchase it from iTunes. Given how strong the series’ music has always been– Pokémon Black and White even earned the runner-up spot in our “Best Music of 2011” awards— you can bet we’ll be all over the soundtrack once it hits the service this November.
Will you be downloading the soundtrack for Pokémon X and Y? Let us know in the comments!
