Well, that was a shock. Stray, the critical darling that launched on PlayStation 4 and 5 back in 2022. It eventually made its way to Xbox and PC, but it didn’t seem like a Switch launch was in the cards. Until today, however, when it was revealed during the Nintendo Direct Broadcast that Stray is indeed headed to Nintendo’s little handheld. Give it a peep:
Stray is a third-person adventure game where players are cast as a (you guessed it) stray cat. Players must survive in a walled off city filled with robots and mystery as they try to return to the surface world. It’s a very fun, clever work that will likely be a must for Switch owners when Stray launches around Christmas.
