Switch players looking for a puzzling way to spend some time with their friends will soon have a new option in the form of Death Squared from SMG Studio.
In Death Squared, players take control of differently colored cubes they have to move through lethal mazes filled with traps and endless pits. As players progress through the levels, they’ll activate color coordinated traps and obstacles that other players will have to keep an eye out for lest they meet a grizzly end, leading to a game over for everyone. Altogether, the game features 80 stages for one or two players, 40 stages that support up to four players, unlockable content, and a handful of Switch-exclusive levels.
Death Squared releases on Switch eShop on July 13 and while an official price hasn’t been announced, it regularly costs $19.99 on other platforms.
