Nintendo of Europe has released a handful of English screenshots from Inazuma Eleven GO, the latest installment in Level-5’s soccer/role-playing series.

GO marks the start of a second trilogy of Inazuma titles, and will be released in two version: Light and Shadow. The games pick up ten years after the events of Inazuma Eleven 3 and follow Arion Sherwind, the newest member of the Raimon High soccer team.

Inazuma Eleven GO will be launching in Europe on June 13. Level-5 has yet to announce a North American release for the games, but given the fact that the series only debuted in the US a couple of months ago, it’s not unreasonable to hope that GO will eventually make its way stateside. Our own Anthony Vigna reviewed the first Inazuma Eleven, calling it a “fantastic hybrid” of JRPG and soccer mechanics. With any luck, we’ll see more of Level-5’s unique series on this side of the pond.

Have you played the first Inazuma Eleven? Would you like to see more installments of the series released in North America? Let us know in the comments!
