All kidding aside, the latest entry in the longstanding Mario Tennis series is primed for a 02.12.25 launch on Nintendo Switch 2. Mario Tennis Fever is promising the usual arcade-style gameplay with a few new twists. Take a gander:
So, what’s new in this latest installment? Here’s a rundown:
- Fever Rackets: There are 30 to choose from, each granting special abilities to the user.
- A Huge Roster: Over 38 playable characters will be available to choose from.
- Modes Aplenty: Tournament, Trial Towers, Mix It Up Mode (with Wonder effects), and more.
- Motion Controls: Nintendo Switch 2 Joy-Con motion controls afford the most precise motion controls to date.
Adventure Mode is back, bringing with it a single-player campaign that centers around the Mario baby characters.
