Surprise! Another Xbox title is making its way to a Nintendo console. In 2026, Bethesda’s Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will make its way to Nintendo Switch 2. The announcement was made at this year’s Gamescom. You can see the teaser below:
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle launched on Xbox Series X|S last year and, while it met with decent critical reception, wasn’t the hottest of sellers for Microsoft. It has since been ported to Sony’s PlayStation 5 and, soon, will be on Nintendo’s home console/portable hybrid. Troy Baker stars as Indy, and does one heck of a job mimicking Harrison Ford in the role. If you’re a fan of the films, The Great Circle is absolutely worth a look. Here’s the official description of the game:
Live the adventure as Indy in a thrilling story full of exploration, immersive action, and intriguing puzzles. As the brilliant archaeologist – famed for his keen intellect, cunning resourcefulness, and trademark humor – you will travel the world in a race against enemy forces to discover the secrets to one of the greatest mysteries of all time.
You play in first-person throughout the adventure and engage in a lot of punching, shooting, and investigating, not unlike one of the (there are only three) movies. Once we have a pinned-down release date we’ll share it with you all, but in the meanwhile why not let us know what you think of this development down in the comments and on social media!
