You know what it’s like. You blow a large chunk of cash on the latest shiny gaming rectangle and six months later, a slightly shinier version gets released complete with a picture of one of your favourite characters. Being the relentless consumer you are, you probably wish you’d waited and got that one instead, because sometimes those consoles are just that awesome. We’ve all been there at some point or another, whether it’s that first moment of temptation or a full-blown surrender at our own weak cravings– we know how it feels. But there are some limited edition consoles that are clearly a cut above the rest– granted, they’re mostly Japan exclusives, but that doesn’t stop them from making us weak at the knees. So here are my top ten limited edition consoles that are guaranteed to make you clamour for both your wallet and the nearest auction site!
