Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse was announced back in June during the XBOX 25th anniversary Games Showcase. At the time, Konami had confirmed that, along with the XBOX Series consoles, Belmont’s Curse would also be coming to PlayStation 5 and Steam. There was no mention, however, of the game coming to Nintendo Switch 2. Well, after making Nintendo fans sweat it out for a bit, Konami has finally revealed that Belmont’s Curse is indeed on its way… to Nintendo Switch. The announcement was made via Konami’s Japanese X account:

So, the announcement confirms that the Switch version of Belmont’s Curse will release on October 15, 2026, but no word on a native Switch 2 edition, sadly. Still, if it runs well that’s all that really matters. Developer by Motion Twin and Evil Empire, Belmont’s Curse follows Trevor Belmont’s descendent 23 years after the events of Castlevania III.
