3DS Price Point HInted At
Iwata hints at 3DS price point in an interview:
“I have to refrain from talking specifically about the price point. What I can confirm is that, in terms of the production costs, it will cost more than the costs for the Nintendo DS today. Having said that, we believe we will produce enough value worthy of the production cost. We do not think we have to sell the products below cost.”.

I am thinking the 3DS might cost more than the Wii by the time it comes out. I have not read everything on it, but given where the Wii’s price currently is, and that it can only go down, I don’t see how they don’t end up with 2 competing products, price-wise.
Well, if you think about it, the DS was priced above the GameCube when it came out, so it’s not impossible for a handheld to cost more that a console.
Still think it’d be worth it at $200.
I’m guessing, roughly between $200-$250.
P.S. And yes, IT’S WORTH IT!
