While the recent delay of Star Fox Zero stung, Nintendo has pegged a final release date for next spring. Originally scheduled to arrive this fall, Fox McCloud’s latest adventure will arrive in North America on April 22. While Europe shares the same release date, the game will see release in Japan a day earlier.
The delay may have proved disappointing, but developer Shigeru Miyamoto claimed Nintendo is aiming for an experience that’ll live up to our memories of Star Fox 64. Given the game’s ill reception at E3, this April release date may be for the best.
