Sega 3D Classics Coming to Europe and North America

Sonic and a few other Sega classics will be getting the 3D treatment.

Originally announced in today’s Nintendo Direct Mini, Sega 3D Classics are now coming to both Europe and North America on the 3DS eShop, as confirmed by Sega’s blog.

Nintendo has not announced any specific release dates for the games; however, Altered Beast, Ecco the Dolphin, Super Hang-On, Galaxy Force, Shinobi, Space Harrier, Streets of Rage, and Sonic the Hedgehog will all be released on the 3DS eShop soon.

These games sure bring back good memories. Good memories from the bygone times, to be sure. In particular, Streets of Rage and Sonic the Hedgehog sound as fun as ever.
