Nightly News RoundupNintendo World Store Getting Major Remoddeling

Have you had a chance to check out Nintendo’s World Store in New York City yet? If you haven’t you’ll have to hold off until the beginning of November. In a press release, Nintendo announced today that the store would be closing down so that various changes could be made to the store including new floors and new lighting, an expanded Nintendo Showcase of Nintendo artifacts and products, new DS and DSi stations, and new graphics throughout the store. While the store will open November 1, Nintendo is planning a day-long re-opening celebration November 7.

Second Classic Characters Vignette for GoldenEye 007 Released

It’s another week closer to the Wii and DS releases of GoldenEye 007 which means we have another trailer to share with you. Be sure to check out this short vignette showcasing classic characters such as Dr. No, Rosa Klebb, Red Grant and others. GoldenEye 007 is rated “T” for teen.

Disney Epic Mickey to Bring Oswald Back to the Limelight

By now you probably know that Mickey Mouse wasn’t Disney’s first star. It all started with a rabbit named Oswald. Check out this behind-the-scenes trailer in which Junction Point discusses bringing back this classic character and exposing him to the fame he deserves.
