Pokémon Black and White Sell Like Crazy
Nintendo has come out and said that Pokémon Black and White have become the fastest selling Pokémon games ever, selling more than a million units in a single day. This breaks the 700,000 or so set by Diamond and Pearl for its first day. Pokémon is just as popular now as it ever was, and Black and White will be the best selling portable games this year.
The two new games introduce 150 new Pocket Monsters, which is the most to be introduced since generation 3. The many new features of Black and White, along with all new Pokémon are no doubt responsible for the huge increase in sales.
Gabrielle’s Ghostly Groove Moved to 3DS
Gabrielle’s Ghostly Groove was supposed to be a DS title, but the development has shifted to 3DS. The title will hit store shelves this summer, and features dancing gameplay, similar to that of Dance Dance Revolution. Ghosts will fall from the screen, and you’ll have to pull of crazy dance moves to save your soul. The game is being made from the folks at Natsume, and features stylish gothic graphics.
Ubisoft Has Stylish 3DS Site
Ubisoft has launched a sleek website to showcase its upcoming 3DS games. The website does a nice job of giving the illusion of 3D, and is pretty cool to look at. You can even change the site to “2D,” like with 3DS. If you haven’t checked out the site yet, I highly suggest that you do so by following the source link. Ubisoft has been very supportive of previous launches of past Nintendo systems, and that trend isn’t ending here.
