Art fanatics looking to learn how to draw a Gyarados won’t have too much longer to wait. This morning, Nintendo of Europe announced that Pokémon Art Academy is scheduled to arrive in stores and on the Nintendo eShop on July 4. The company also released some snazzy new box art, which we’ve mirrored below. Nintendo of America followed the announcement with details on a North American release but, unfortunately, nothing more concrete was provided beyond a fall release window.

The Art Academy franchise teaches gamers how to draw by breaking larger items into smaller, easier steps. Players can then show off their digital works by way of Miiverse. Pokémon Art Academy is the first title in the Art Academy franchise to primarily feature Nintendo characters.

Are you looking forward to the title when it debuts on the Nintendo 3DS eShop? As always, let us know in the comments below!
