If you haven’t caught wind of it yet, the third title in the Operation Rainfall trio, Pandora’s Tower, will be released in North America under the tutelage of niche publisher XSEED. Pandora’s Tower has been disappointingly absent from the western line-up of Wii-exclusive RPGs for a while, thus fanboys are dancing like they’ve never danced before in response to today’s news. XSEED’s boss-man, Shinichi Suzuki, said the following about the announcement:
It’s fantastic to be bringing such a highly-anticipated title like Pandora’s Tower to such a vocal fan base. North American gamers have been very patient in waiting for this game to be released, and we’re confident they will be pleased when they get their hands on the title.
As of now, Pandora’s Tower is set to launch in North America this coming spring.

Xseed pleases gamers yet again. I have yet another reason to get back to Xenoblade chronicles.
Even though I’ve already played this game, this is excellent news. It seems Operation Rainfall was a total success!
Although I would’ve preferred a more timely release, this is awesome news. NoA might not care enough to put out games that I want… nice to XSeed make the effort in their stead!
Now what to do with my imported games that aren’t useful anymore? This brings the total up to three: Pikmin 2, The Last Story, and Pandora’s Tower.
With Nintendo being in charge of the Fatal Frame series, I don’t think we’ll be seeing it in North America, unless they do something about it. I mean, the game is already done, so why aren’t they giving it to their gaming audience?
Anyway, I’m happy to hear about Pandora’s Tower. Thank you, XSEED!
YAHOO!! A winner is my wallet!!
