Lego City Undercover was a standout on Wii U when it launched back in 2013. The open-world title was a breath of fresh air amongst developer Travelers Tales’ numerous Lego games, which is saying something, considering how solid those titles tend to be. Well, the game has been remastered for current-gen hardware and will be launching April 4 on Switch! This should be welcome news to those hoping for a steady stream of games int he weeks and months following Nintendo’s latest home console’s debut.

Along with some enhancements to the visuals, this version of Undercover will also be addressing a much-loved feature missing from the original: co-op mode! Co-op will allow for two people to join up and partake in Chase McCain’s sprawling adventure via split-screen. It’s a welcome addition to an already packed and fun game. Will you be experiencing Undercover for the first time when it launches on Switch? Or did you already take the plunge on Wii U? Tell us, below!
