TT Games is known for stuffing its Lego titles with a wealth of content and playable characters, but the developer seems to feel that its fans are insatiable, as Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham is set to receive six DLC packs to further bolster its roster and gameplay. Bowing first will be “The Dark Knight,” “Batman 75th,” and “Man of Steel” packs for the Wii U and 3DS title. Priced at $2.99 each, players will be able to download the additional content on November 11, the same day as the game’s release.
This particular DLC is unique to the Lego Batman series, as it will not only bring new characters, but additional scenarios to play through based on the themes of the packs themselves. There will also be another three volleys of DLC released in the future, though no word on content or release date details have been revealed. With so much content on the way, TT and Warner Bros. Interactive are offering a season pass for the game, which pares down the cumulative total of all six packs to a thrifty $14.99. That’s a lot of bat-bang for your bat-buck!
