Next month, Nintendo will offer a system update in Japan that will allow fans to customize their Nintendo 3DS with downloadable themes for the home screen. Price points for the themes will range from 100-200 yen, with a number of different franchises getting representation. While most fans won’t be surprised to see titles like The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds and Animal Crossing: New Leaf represented, third party options will be available, as well! Titles such as Monster Hunter 4G and Yōkai Watch will both be available, though the latter may be less likely in other territories outside of Japan at this point.
