While we impatiently await word that Yo-Kai Watch 3 will be coming to western shores, in the meantime we’ll share what we’ve been learning about… Yo-Kai Watch 4! Which, uh, also hasn’t been announced for the West. Yeah, it’s a little weird, but just roll with it.
The game is coming to Switch in Japan this winter and will be bringing a number of changes to the established formula. For one thing, human combatants will be able to enter the fray in battle for the first time. There are also three worlds that players can gain access to, with a new, fourth world just revealed. The three worlds we currently know about are Keita’s, Shin’s, and Natsume’s, so it’ll be interesting to see what this fourth entails.
