News Desk Masthead - Zelda 2

Earlier this year, a gamer with the handle Runnerguy2489 beat the first three dungeons in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time while blindfolded. Utilizing some glitches and sound cues for help, the gamer accomplished the task as part of Awesome Games Done Quick 2015, a charity supporting the Prevent Cancer Foundation.

While this feat would have been impressive enough on its own, Runnerguy2489 was apparently not content to stop there, as he has now defeated the entire game while blindfolded! The time consuming process took a grueling 103 hours to complete. If you’re interested in watching the end of the marathon session, we’ve embedded the video below!

While the feat might seem frivolous to some, it’s still a pretty cool accomplishment. Gamers are always looking for bragging rights, and being able to say you beat one of the best games of all time without the use of your vision is a hard boast to top!
