Fans Make Unofficial “Legend of Zelda Maker”

You can play this absolutely unofficial alpha game to create your own Zelda adventures.

Someone has actually done it already. Behold, the alpha build of “Legend of Zelda Maker.” The unofficial game allows players to build their own Zelda environments, complete with enemies, weapons, and multiple characters. Watch it all in action in the demo video below.

Nintendo is no doubt trying to put a stop to the project, and creator Justin Sink plans to make alterations to the project to stop the inevitable cease-and-desist order. In the project’s next build, graphics will changed and the game will be renamed “Legend Maker” so it will skirt the murky gray lines of copyright.

If this seems like something you’d want to play with, best grab it quickly before Nintendo shuts it down forever!
