Leave it to the fans to have some strange requests for playable characters.
Forget Geno, Mewtwo, or Krystal– the fans have spoken (at least in North America) and they want one man and one man only for a spot as a playable character in the next Smash Bros. games: Reggie.
Yes, there is currently a petition on change.org that is asking for Nintendo of America’s president and COO to become a playable character in the upcoming Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS. There’s even a hashtag on Twitter for it called #ReggieForSmashBros and needless to say, it’s not as if this is impossible.
In fact, on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Fils-Aime said that he would be open to becoming a playable character in the game. And should this happen, you should know that Reggie’s body will most definitely be ready for what is to come.
So sign the petition if you’re one of the many fans who wants to see this happen!

hahaha reggie is funny and his line too, but i wouldn’t like him to be a playable character.
Yeah, I like Reggie and all, but this is pretty ridiculous.
