At today’s Nintendo Direct conference, another new app coming to the Wii U was unveiled: Art Academy Sketchpad. The title, which was originally announced at E3, will encourage gamers to draw on their Wii U GamePad using a variety of realistic pencils, colored pencils and pastels. Those drawings can then be uploaded to show off on Miiverse.
A full Art Academy title is still on the way to Wii U, but the app will have some of the game’s features already incorporated.
Art Academy: SketchPad will be available for download this Friday on the eShop.
