It’s been a while since we heard anything regarding the Wii U and 3DS release of Angry Video Game Nerd Adventures, but judging by Nintendo of America’s updated page for the game, it should be arriving on Wii U on April 2 for the price of $9.99. No such information regarding the 3DS version is currently available, although with Nintendo’s recent venture into cross-buy, it is highly possible that both versions could be releasing on the same date.
As the name suggests, Angry Video Game Nerd Adventures is a fan-game based off of the popular AVGN YouTube show created by James Rolfe. As someone who already tried out the game on PC, I highly recommend it to the fans of the show. The game itself is very challenging and fun, but it certainly loses a lot of its appeal if you’re not getting all the references and in-jokes.
