Nintendo has released a new trailer for Mario’s next Wii U adventure, Super Mario 3D World, which will be launching in North America on November 22. The trailer highlights six minutes of new footage from the game, including an extended look at its overworld, as well as several new power-ups that Mario and his friends will be able to acquire, such as the Mega Mushroom and the head-mounted Light Box. Seriously, the more I see this game the more excited I get. There’s no denying that just looking at 3D World it’s obvious the game has a different feel compared to Galaxy 1 and 2, but it doesn’t matter because it’s going to probably be just as fun.
I still don’t like how big and empty some of the stages look (though I suppose that was necessary to accommodate up to four players), but I’m considerably more excited for the game after the last two trailers. Can’t wait to get my hands on it!
