During yesterday’s Nintendo Direct broadcast, the Big N announced that the latest installment in the Professor Layton series, Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy, will be coming to North America on February 28. As fans of the series know, Azran Legacy marks the end of the second Professor Layton trilogy (not including his epic crossover with a certain ace attorney, of course). This time, the debonair puzzle expert is tasked with solving the mystery of a “living mummy.”
In addition to these details, Nintendo has released a new story trailer for the game. The nearly four-minute video gives fans an overview of the adventure awaiting Layton and Luke, which will have the duo spanning the globe in search of rare artifacts needed to unravel the mystery.
