Previously we've been lenient with enforcing our terms of use in the interest of encouraging the forums community to grow. The only accounts we've banned were blatant spammers. However, the forums will have limited appeal or opportunity to grow if individuals are allowed to disrespect our terms (part 1 and part 2) as well as other forums users. Therefore, we are going to start banning users for violating our terms of use starting today. We still intend to provide warning in advance of taking such action, though if there is a flagrant violation we have the right to ban you immediately.
