Forums Terms of Use & Guidelines Part 2
The official structure for moderation from our side is as follows:
We will do our best to make clear to you the reason for every moderation, deletion, or edit that we make. If it happens to you, don't take it personally. We aren't going to start a list of all the "troublemakers" who give us trouble, though if you make a habit of causing problems, you won't last long here. If you do something serious we will make sure you get a warning. Otherwise we'll just make a slight change and move on. We want to treat everyone equally, but we are human. If you cause problems and generally cause chaos in the forums, your actions will fall under heavier scrutiny than those who are trying to abide by the guidelines and contributing to various discussions. We want to treat everyone fairly, but we cannot promise to do so. You are, of course, not obligated to be here. We want this forum to be a fun place for the discussion of a variety of topics. We generally like people, and we are glad to have you here. We want this to be a flame-free and intelligent discussion forum, and we are committed to providing such an environment for you. If that sounds like something you would like to be a part of, then we're glad to have you join. However, if it seems too restrictive for you, we would prefer for you to look for another forum. Jelsoft Terms Although the administrators and moderators will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for them to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of Nintendojo.com, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message. By registering you have agreed to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws. The owners of Nintendojo.com reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason. |
