Still playing Animal Crossing: New Leaf? Need an easier way to keep track of its holidays? We’ve got you covered. At the beginning of every month, we’ll be posting a handy list of all the special events going on in the game, so you’ll never miss a chance to snag some rare items. What events will be going on this month?

November 16 – Fishing Tourney

The first event in November is also the second Fishing Tourney of the season. Like last month’s contest, you’ll be competing with your neighbors to land the biggest fish. Take your catch over to the event plaza to have it evaluated by Chip, the hungry event coordinator, who will give you a piece of fish-themed furniture if you can exceed a certain point total. Maintain the lead by the end of the day and you’ll also be awarded a gold fishing trophy!

November 28 – Harvest Festival

After years of torment by hungry villagers, Franklin the turkey finally gets to celebrate the Harvest Festival in peace as a special guest in your town (and not the evening’s main course). This time, he’s invited by Isabelle to prepare the annual feast. Unfortunately, he’s short a few important ingredients. Help Franklin complete his meals by rounding up the missing ingredients and snag a food-based item for your troubles!
