Star Fox 64 for the 3DS confuses me, a little bit, because all signs point to Kid Icarus being the new Star Fox (and Sin & Punishment) type of game– especially with this new departure from his platforming roots. Part of me wishes that Fox took Pit’s game, but then again, it’ll be nice to have Pit in the limelight again.

look at it this way, if Kid Icarus Uprising were rebranded as a StarFox game people would expect the on-foot mission to completely blow. At least this way they won’t have that preconceived notion.

Honestly I get more of a Sin & Punishment vibe from Uprising than I get a StarFox vibe. I’m really just glad to see Pit get some love after all these years.
