A smashing theme from the giant hand controlling our universe.

Apparently, there’s going to be some kind of video presentation about the new Smash Bros. games this week. But really, who needs some new fangled games with villagers and space princesses when you have a Nintendo 64? The original Super Smash Bros. will always hold a place in our hearts because it gave birth to the amazing crossover fighting series. It doesn’t have the huge roster of characters that Melee followed up with, but you can’t go wrong with it. Also, I’m a lot better at the game when faced against my arrogant friends who follow EVO. I don’t have the time to master wave dashes and L-cancels…

Anyways, so far Master Hand has been a staple enemy of each entry in the Smash series, so here is the original iteration of his battle theme. Kapow!

Will Master Hand return for the new Smash games? Perhaps. Will Nintendo actually give the games a proper subtitle? Who knows. All I know is that they will be great. Also, did you know that Super Smash Bros. on N64 celebrates it 15th birthday on April 26? I always keep up to date on those anniversaries.
