Worst Moment No.3 — Awkward Reggie Talks to Awkward Harley Quinn
She has no idea what just happened either…
But for every great, meteoric Reggie moment, there’s always one to bring him crashing back down to earth, and his rather stilted conversation with Batman Arkham City‘s Harley Quinn was it. Now we’re all for talking about bringing Batman to Wii U, but this just felt slightly out of place. Granted he didn’t so much talk with her as let her introduce Warner Bros. president Martin Tremblay, but I think we all wished Reggie had just done it himself. There’s nothing like a delayed piece of audio to ruin the Regginator’s flow, and when it’s just a still image of Harley talking nonsense as opposed to a special, nicely animated clip showing off Wii U’s supposedly superior graphics, Tremblay’s introduction left a lot to be desired.
Moving on!
Hwy I liked that commercial. It was a hilarios parody of us hardcore gamers lighten up.
Worst moment #3 – glad I’m not the only one who thought this was a real waste of time. (It could’ve been neat if well done, but instead they doomed a good idea by putting in the least possible amount of effort.)
