about me

After spending the bulk of my life giving my reviews, predictions, and opinions on video games and the video game industry I’ve finally started writing them down for to share with people who will almost care. I almost have degrees in English and Marketing, so I take special note of how Nintendo positions itself as a company compared to Sony and Microsoft. I hope to abuse my power to incite people into Nintendo related arguments. Please feel free to send me your opinions.

When not dedicating the minutes of my life to video games you will often find me reading, writing, or discussing the virtues of my favorite movies, televisions shows, or pop culture.

nintendo's greatest strength

Classic franchises, name recognition, Shigeru Miyamoto, Wavebirds, the all powerful Gameboy Advance, and the company's connection to the Seattle Mariners.

nintendo's greatest weakness

Nintendo remains stubborn, secretive, and far too interested in the bottom line. They need to start taking chances, put together an online strategy, and chase third-parties like there is no tomorrow. And that family friendly image is doing nothing for their bottom line at this point.

advice to nintendo

They need to work on positioning themselves against Sony and Microsoft. Find more and better Third-Party support. Create more and better advertisements. And I think the connectivity thing is a joke and I'm a huge GBA fan. Drop it and let me play Mario Kart against my friends on the East Coast.
